**Responsibilities:**

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the workshop and ensuring the efficiency of mechanical services. Your responsibilities include:

1. **Supervise Maintenance Functions:** Oversee all maintenance activities within the workshop, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and operational.

2. **Equipment Inspection:** Ensure that all equipment undergoes regular inspections according to recommended schedules, maintaining a high standard of performance.

3. **Preventative Maintenance:** Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of machinery.

4. **Productivity Management:** Set productivity expectations for the mechanic workforce, track production, and manage the inbound and outbound inspection process.

5. **Spare Parts Management:** Identify sources for equipment maintenance, repair, and spare parts. Ensure availability and timely procurement of necessary components.

6. **Idle Equipment Readiness:** Maintain the ready status of idle equipment to facilitate quick deployment when needed.

7. **Equipment Evaluation:** Participate in the evaluation process to determine equipment buy/sell needs. Execute purchases and sales of new and used equipment as directed by Management.

**Requirements:**

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
– **Experience:** 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Supervisor.
– **Language Skills:** Proficient in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
– **Residency:** Transferable residency in Kuwait.
