2. **Reprographics Support:**
– Offer reprographics support and stationery supply services to meet the needs of the office.
– Produce in-house printed materials, including KEOs, to fulfill internal requirements.

3. **Liaison and Coordination:**
– Liaise with different divisions to schedule jobs and manage logistics, including coordination with external suppliers when necessary.
– Communicate effectively to understand job requirements and ensure seamless coordination.

4. **Deadline Management:**
– Prioritize and manage the work schedule to meet set deadlines for various projects.
– Ensure timely delivery of reprographic services while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
