**Job Description:**
As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of IT systems within the organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring server hardware, software, and operating systems, providing technical support for computer systems and networks, and designing, developing, and implementing ERP systems based on business needs. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify and resolve equipment or process problems, recommend upgrades to improve efficiency, and manage IT projects and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Monitor daily IT operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
– Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems for all computer systems, applications, and networks.
– Design, develop, and implement ERP systems or enhance existing systems.
– Analyze data to determine equipment or process problems.
– Recommend upgrades and changes to existing computer systems.
– Manage IT projects and vendors, including procurement, contracting, project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
– Demonstrate experience with cloud technologies such as Office 365, G-suite, Networking, etc.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
– 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT system.
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
– Experience in ERP systems, specifically Odoo and SAP.
– Visa 18 with transferrable residency.
– Salary: KD500.
