8. **Technology Upgrades:** Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
9. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
10. **24/7 Support:** Be available to provide on-call support outside regular business hours as needed.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
– Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of IT security best practices.
– Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
– Transferable Visa (18) ready to join.
