We are a leading heavy equipment company in Kuwait, committed to delivering top-notch mechanical services to our clients. To further strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Supervisor to oversee our workshop operations and ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
Job Responsibilities:
– Supervise maintenance functions for the shop
– Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, both in the shop and at project sites
– Ensure periodic inspection of all equipment as per recommendations
– Establish and monitor preventative maintenance schedules
– Support on-job projects, including identifying equipment maintenance, repair, and spare parts needs
– Establish productivity expectations and track mechanic workforce production and activity
– Manage inbound and outbound inspection processes
– Ensure ready status of idle equipment
– Participate in equipment evaluation to determine buy/sell needs
– Purchase and sell new and used equipment as directed by Management
Requirements:
Heavy Equipment Work Shop Supervisor Jobs in Kuwait 2024
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
– 7-10 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Supervisor
– Fluency in Arabic, English, and Hindi
– Transferable Residency in Kuwait
Salary Package:
– Competitive salary: KD 2,000 – KD 2,500 per month (depending on experience)
