Job Responsibilities:
As a Talabat Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their food orders in a timely and professional manner. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of Orders:
- Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers efficiently and safely.
- Ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction with customers.
- Handle any customer queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Compliance with Traffic Rules:
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Maintain a valid driving license and civil ID at all times.
- Time Management:
- Manage your delivery schedule efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Use navigation tools to optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery times.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the dispatch team and customers.
- Update the dispatch team on your delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Documentation:
- Accurately log all deliveries and maintain records as required by the company.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely and responsibly.
- Problem Solving:
- Address any delivery issues, such as wrong addresses or missing items, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with the support team to resolve any escalated issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with fellow drivers and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Visa: Should be on an 18 No. Visa (Transferable).
- Civil ID: Must possess a valid Civil ID.
- Driving License: Must have a valid driving license in Kuwait.
- Experience: Previous experience in food delivery or a related field is preferred.
- Age: Candidates should be below 35 years of age.
