✏️ Job Title: Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Estimated Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000/month

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a central role in delivering core EAP modules within the IYZ programme. The role also includes English language support across the broader campus and engagement in academic development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching EAP and academic skills across foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels
Creating and evaluating curriculum materials aligned with UK HE standards
Supporting student performance in academic reading, writing, listening, and speaking
Providing timely feedback and accurate academic records
Engaging in curriculum design, student support, and quality assurance
Supporting in-sessional English needs across the institution

✅ Ideal Candidate Requirements
Master’s degree in ELT, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics (Essential)
Recognized ELT qualification: CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent (Essential)
3–5 years teaching experience, preferably in UK higher education (Essential)
Demonstrated experience in EAP curriculum and academic English delivery
Familiarity with UK academic writing standards and research methods
